Description
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the overall marketing operations for Quality Oil Company, LLC. This person will create, lead, and drive all company marketing initiatives using multiple sources and methods. The Marketing Coordinator will strive to maintain and increase brand awareness and market share within the QOC communities and areas of business. This person will work with multiple divisions stringing from diverse backgrounds and must have a strong knowledge of web and social media marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and produce marketing communication materials (i.e. Newsletters, press releases, grand openings, voice messages) via multiple media outlets (i.e. Web, print, social media).
  • Create and maintain new and existing marketing programs and ideas for QOC.
  • Maintain and increase brand awareness and implement programs to maintain and uphold Image perception.
  • Implement and lead community programs and community presence.
  • Creatively and strategically maximize co-op sponsorship.
  • Create and maintain all collateral pertaining to QOC and its divisions.
  • Organize tradeshows and company promotions.
  • Assist operations department with marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in all areas of the company on per request marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven web and social networking marketing success and knowledge
  • 2 + years of marketing planning and execution experience with basic knowledge of marketing and communication principals.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all business levels
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
