We are seeking a strong, dynamic, experienced General Manager for the management and operation of our Hampton Inn in Jacksonville, FL. The General Manager is the core leadership position of the hotel. This position is responsible for building a strong, enthusiastic team, as well as serve as the driving force to assist in reaching all goals set forth for the property. The GM serves as the coach for the property and must eagerly seek to motivate, train, and inspire all team members to provide excellent guest service at all times. We believe in having fun by throwing FISH and giving the guest PICKLES. Our goal is that every employee will speak to every guest, every time, guaranteed.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate MUST have 3+ years of Hilton Brand GM experience. Proven outstanding leadership skills and a hands-on leadership style is a must. Strong organizational skills, multi-taking abilities, and excellent customer service skills are required. Strong computer skills (word, excel, outlook) and ONQ experience preferred.
